This artist creates "sculpture with a purpose"! Each signed piece is individually handcrafted from lucite, a medium that offers delightful opportunities to manipulate color, light, and texture. The artistic background of LePage began with theatrical training in set deisgn. Moving to the New York City in the eighties, Le Page began her own line of jewelry which adorned the runway for designers Marc Jacobs and Geoffrey Beene. It was only in the mid-nineties that LePage became captivated with the idea of designing fucntional art for the home.
